As required under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, when we receive information under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and then transfer it to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf, we have certain liability under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework if the agent processes the information in a manner inconsistent with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and we are responsible for the event giving rise to the damage. We may be required to disclose information about you under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
