AeroCare utilizes NBS throughout our flight, medical, and dispatch departments.  It is our one-stop shop for all certification tracking, quality assurance, education, metrics, equipment maintenance logs, and more. During our implementation we were in constant contact with NBS to design the system to our needs. We are beyond satisfied with the personalized assistance from client support and would recommend NBS to any company looking to breathe a sigh of relief.

We have been NBS clients for years and the difference it has made in managing our paramedic service has been nothing short of impressive. And there is no question that NBS played an integral role in our ability to obtain our CAAS accreditation. NBS’s customer support has been second to none. Anytime we have a question on how to maximize the program, customer support is always ready with an effective solution. NBS always makes us feel like we are top priority.

We have been using Ninth Brain since 2011 for our Learning Management System, Human Resources and credentialing needs and have found the platform to be versatile.   The Ninth Brain staff are wonderful to work with if there is a system issue.   I have found their technical support staff to be top notch and highly responsive to our needs.  I have recommended the Ninth Brain system to a number of different EMS and Fire agencies over the years and I stand by their product.

PatientCare EMS Solutions has been using many of the features provided by NBS to enhance our performance and maintain CAAS and CAMTS accreditations for several years. They listen to our “bright ideas” for improvement and adopt many in their evolving version releases. They are truly customer focused which is not something you get with every vendor. We know our customer support team by name, and we can count on them to be available when we need them.

We began using NBS just before our CAMTS accreditation which drastically reduced our preparation time and survey time.  It has been a game-changer with tracking quality metrics, education records, and incident reporting! We love the functionality and flexibility and the customer service is excellent!

The customer support team from NBS is amazing to work with. Their support staff fully understand their product. Their quick, professional help is second to none. Not only do they help with any technical issues that we may experience but they also ask for feedback to see what changes they can make to help us better suit their platform to our company. We are constantly seeing the feedback we give them being added when they release new updates.
