Ninth Brain has effectively connected our 1200 + firefighters to an on-line data base ‘library of training’ that we have created allowing the firefighter to take classes on their own time and choice of location, thus decreasing time sitting in a classroom and out of service for training all the while maintaining their continued educational hours. We have increased our completion rate of training from 66.7% to near 90% because of NBS. We are also able to track hours of training and create a professional report at the end of each reporting year which directly affects our ISO rating.
