ADP Timesheet Templates: For clients that utilize Time Clock in the NBS scheduling module, we’ve created export options to make your ADP import more efficient. Vertical and Horizontal layouts available to ensure flexibility and efficiency for our clients’ payroll processes.
OSHA (300 & 301) and Sharps Reporting: These report are available for clients that utilize NBS Employee Health. When entering OSHA-recordable events, the information flows to the required 300, 300A, 301, and Sharps reports. Then can be easily exported in the proper format. This automation reduces the administrative burden on clients to maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations.
CAAS & CAMTS Standards – Data Exports: The Accreditation Assistant, available to all clients, is specifically formatted to ease the application stage for accreditation and reaccreditation of the CAAS Standards Version 3.0 and CAMTS Standards 12th edition, with plans to be updated as newer standards are released. Once all pertinent accreditation information is entered into the Accreditation Assistant, the system allows for seamless export of this data to a zip file. This file contains all the necessary documentation and details needed for submission to the Accreditation Agency.
GAMUT Metric Report: Within the Run Log feature of Ninth Brain’s Quality Improvement module, clients can input and track various GAMUT metrics. These metrics can cover areas such as operational efficiency, patient outcomes, safety measures, or other relevant performance indicators. After clients have recorded their GAMUT metrics, they can use the system to generate a GAMUT Metric Report (PDF). This report compiles the recorded data into a structured format that aligns with the layout of the GAMUT portal.
