Training

The Training department of Ninth Brain is committed to establishing a professional and supportive relationship with all customers. The overall goal of the department is to welcome new customers and provide training and support to meet their individual needs. Our goal is to have each new customer fully utilizing Ninth Brain Suite within three months or sooner.

Initial, refresher, and ongoing training is provided to all customers at no additional charge. Customers are encouraged to utilize the many training aids including:

  • On-line Tours
  • Employee introduction brochures and "How To" pamphlets provided to new customers at no charge
  • Monthly Webinar on specific topics
  • One:One Training by request
  • Ninth Brain sponsored Regional Meetings
  • Support Link within NBS
  • Detailed online Help Manual
  • Detailed setup worksheets located within NBS tools

For an additional charge, companies may request a trainer to go to their operation to provide face-to-face training for entire workforce.
