OSHA Event Tracking and MSDS Record Storage Online
The Employee Health and Safety Tool in Ninth Brain Suite (NBS) allows you to display all of your health and safety plans, store all of your MSDS, and record and track a number of work-related employee health issues. In NBS, the health and safety plans and MSDS are stored electronically, which makes them easy to update and provides 24-7 access via the Internet. As you use this fully compliant tool to record employee health events, you are not only creating employee medical records, but you are also completing OSHA 300, 300A, and 301, Sharps Injury Log, and Sharps Injury Incident records. Information entered in this area is used to activate alerts for upcoming appointments or required employee health events. There are templates already set up for many of the employee heath events that you are required to track. However, if you need to create another specific health event that needs to be tracked, you have that ability through NBS. No matter how you look at it, using NBS is a no-brainer!
