Mandatory Course Assignment Software Tool

Now you can assign courses to individuals with a completion date and monitor compliance.  Courses can be assigned to an individual, to a Job Title or to a Group of individuals. This new NBS feature makes it easy for employees to know which courses are required with a “complete” by date.  A new, My Required Courses, tab has been added to the “Take A Course” page in NBS.  This new tab lists required courses to be completed. After completion, the courses are removed from the list making it easy to manage.

As a constant reminder, an alert displays on the individual’s Home Page Dashboard listing the number of required courses to be completed.

Administrators have the ability to know “who has” or “who has not” completed required training at a moments notice.  Real time reporting gives you the data you need to stay compliant with your training mandates.
