Our History

Ninth Brain began as The Mercy Group in 2001. This new business was started by a team of healthcare experts who specialized in training and compliance issues. With the support of a distinguished medical director and advisory boards the team compiled solutions to the many frustrating demands placed on healthcare organizations. This solution was named Virtual Solutions Manager (VSM), later called Ninth Brain Suite (NBS). Attention to the ever changing workplace demands, periodic technological updates, and addition of skilled software developers; our customers now use Ninth Brain Suites (NSB) to save time and money.
